Subject: how are you fixed?

Fellow tornado survivors

I hope that you do not mind me sending you this email -

We have recently had some work done at our house by the construction
contractors B&N Babbage of Cheltenham who were appointed by our loss
adjusters Cunningham & Lindsey.

After many, many issues with poor workmanship we finally managed to get
them off our property and some reliable local builders are now continuing
the works. We have an issue however as we need some of the Babbage work
to be re-done but the loss adjusters don’t want o authorise this.

Has anybody else had a problem with Babbage, Cunningham & Lindsey or
other?

Please let me know as it may help with our claim and perhaps we can help
yours?

Richard Marsh
