Tornado Residents

Subject: circulation of information following the tornado

I am not sure if there is a single source for the production of “Updates”
and “Bulletins”, or if there is likely to be valuable information in early
editions - or if these are two separate publications. I have received one
“Tornado Update” (number 4) and one “Sparkbrook District Tornado Bulletin”
(number 6). These documents are not reaching a very large number of people
affected by the tornado.

If you would send me e-mail copies of all the bulletins that have been
published to date, and those that are published in future, I would be happy
to forward e-mail copies to people in the area.

I have already mentioned to Elaine Wills that if I am given a pile of
printed copies of the latest edition I would be happy to put an A3 notice in
my window in Queenswood Road, as a Street Representative, telling people
that they can collect copies from our house.

I will copy this message to all local residents whose e-mail addresses I
have, asking them if they would like to do the same in their road.
